Apple Airport Cards - WPA Configuration

Aim of this article:

This article provides information for configuring the Airport or Airport Extreme card to connect to a Wireless access point, or Airport Base Station, using WPA encryption.

Configure the Airport Card:

Begin by turning the Airport card on.

Airport Cards - Select Other

Select Other to be presented with a settings window.

Airport Cards - Configure WPA

On the Closed Network screen enter the following:

Wireless Security: WPA Personal

Network Name: Enter the name you configured on your Base Station or Access point (also referred to as the SSID).

Password: Enter the WPA password you have configured on your Base Station or Access point.

Click OK.  The connection should now be succesfully established.
